The findings of the Low Review have now been published in the report:
Independence, Choice and Control: Personal mobility in state funded residential care.
The consultation ran for 12 weeks and received over 800 submissions including a large number of survey responses and some unstructured written submissions. The steering group also heard evidence from various groups across 9 oral evidence sessions, including 4 residential home visits.
