If you have peptic ulcer, then you should consume plenty of water and low-fat or low-sugar dairy products. Try to keep the area around the ulcer clean with antiseptic creams or ointments. Eat foods that are rich in Vitamin A and Vitamin E, such as vegetables, fruits, and low-fat dairy products.

 

Try to drink eight glasses of water everyday. If you are having diarrhea, drink extra water. It is advisable for you to change the kind of underwear that you wear each day. Do not wear tight pants if you have stomach ulcer. Change them every day until you start feeling better.

 

Avoid smoking and drinking alcohol. These substances may also aggravate the condition of your stomach. Another thing that you have to do is to make sure that you get enough rest. and eat an adequate amount of food.

 

Try to go through with exercise daily. Stomach ulcer can be treated if you do some kind of exercise that helps in your recovery. In addition, if you already have an ulcer, then you may start an exercise routine for you to improve the circulation of blood in the body.
